Some of the things I have been doing did not seem Blog Worthy but as I do use this Blog as a sort of a journal I should have made the effort.
Working at school always keeps me busy and it is only going to get busier as in the next two weeks I will have 33 classes of Sophomores and Juniors coming in my Lab to take SRI Tests for the last time this year. Some of the days I have as many as 120 Students a day come in. It all gets a little crazy!
St Patrick's Day I catered a lunch for the Teachers in the English Department. I do one at Christmas and one in the Spring. I can Post a couple of Pics of that. It is a hurried Event done in a rather gloomy Junior Book Room. Nevertheless the teachers enjoy it and deserve it so I am happy to put forth the effort for them.
My biggest project is cleaning up my online Family History Files. I have my personal Working File, then I have Files Published online on different Websites. One is hard to update so I completely removed it for now RootsWeb.com and the others I am trying to update. The temptation to do research along the way always gets to me and slows me down, but that is the fun part. Then I do receive emails from various people (distant cousins) working on our same lines which I always try to answer as quickly as I can.
I had not heard from my friend Ingrid who sent me so many Pics and Information in a long time. I knew she had started a class in Medieval Studies and was probably very busy. I did drop her a quick email and she replied by thanking me because she had lost all of my emails and my address when her computer crashed. So glad to be back in touch with her.
Our Spring Weather has been very up and down, one day in the 70's the next snow and in the 40's. Today was good but I heard another storm is on the way. My tulips are really trying to poke up. The Pic I took was out of my back sliding door at 7:30am.
Went to the Doctor today and I need better weather so I can re dedicate myself to outside walking. I enjoy that so much more than the Treadmill which I seem to use more as a clothes hanger than a piece of exercise equipment of late.
