What a Week!..

Last week at school before Christmas is pretty busy for me.  I organize a Luncheon for the English Department teachers.  They only have 30 minutes to run in and grab something to eat and we exchange a gift.  This year I made Pulled Sweet Pork and grilled Onions to put on Sandwich Rolls.  I was fortunate to find a very good and easy recipe on http://www.whatsfordinnermommy.blogspot.com   Just a Pork Roast plus one cup of Picante Sauce (medium heat) stirred in to two cups of Brown Sugar until dissolved.  Pour over roast in slow cooker, and that is pretty much it.  Check out the Blog for many more great recipes.  Everyone really liked it.

I will make it again.

I must admit though I am getting a little tired of food, it is everywhere you turn this time of year.  Today a school lunch   for all Teachers and Staff. 

Tomorrow will be fun, must take some Pictures.  My grandchildren are coming over to set up their Thomas the Train Set.  They don't have room at their house.

I have lots of good memories of watching Thomas the Tank Engine with my oldest Grandson when he was two years old.
